What began as a specialized staffing service for hatcheries and farm labor quickly evolved as we answered the call for skilled crews on special construction projects across the poultry sector.

As our reputation for dedication and quality grew, so did our services.

We launched Dedicated Cleaning Services, offering professional commercial and residential cleaning tailored to the needs of our clients. From there, we expanded again—this time into transportation—with Dedicated Logistics, ensuring that the same reliability we’re known for on the ground translated into timely, efficient delivery and support.

Most recently, we established McHenry & Sons Properties, providing housing solutions to meet the needs of our growing aspirations and the communities we serve.
